  • Overview

    Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking per diem Interventional Radiology Technologists to support operations at the VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS). Various day and night shifts are available. Compensation includes an hourly wage of approximately $37.00/hour and a 401k program with company match.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides high quality imaging using various modalities
    • Collaborates with team to collect data pre- and post-procedure, and prepares patients for procedures
    • Safely and competently operates all radiographic, processing, and inventory equipment
    • Acts as a liaison between physician, family, and other interdepartmental units
    • Utilizes the laboratories efficiently and safely
    • Participates with team in unit assignment quality assurance projects
    • Work collaboratively alongside other talented professionals

    Qualifications

    • Be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
    • Qualifying educational program for radiography and radiation therapy technology from an accredited college, university, hospital, medical school, or postsecondary technical or vocational school; education or training from programs based in hospitals must have been from those hospitals that were accredited at the time of the education or training by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals or by the American Osteopathic Association
    • Shall have, and maintain, current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR as certified by the American Heart Association
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
    • Determined by the MTF to be involved in the delivery of healthcare to children under the age of 18 on a frequent and regular basis must meet the requirements of the Crime Prevention Act of 1990
    • Must be a U.S. citizen
